Emotional Grand Motel

We stayed as a couple for New Year's Eve and on the night of the 1st the rooms were very nice, we had a great time, the staff was very friendly. The only flaw is that I don't find the under 30 promo with the 10% discount on the site correct, they don't calculate it for you because you didn't say it at the time of booking (sent the documents I think someone will see it) in my opinion they were counted €10 of mini bar which I never used, thirdly the bottle of wine was calculated at €20 (when the waitress brought it to the table she told me it cost €15) It's not about the few euros, it's a question of fairness. If you run a promotion you calculate it if you are under 30 if it is shown on the site, if you don't consume you don't pay more, also come to an agreement on the prices on wine. I'm sorry because I had a really good New Year's Eve, but there are certain aspects that can be improved.

I stayed the night of 13/14 December 2023, as a couple. We stayed in the "Afrodisia" room (in my opinion the best of all) check-in directly from the car, very convenient and very fast. Following the one-way driveway you arrive at your room, parking directly in front of your private door. The parking space is private and closes automatically by inserting the card as soon as you enter the room. The room was maniacally clean, everything perfect. Our room had a very spacious circular bed that was very comfortable with a mirror above it. The tub is very large and with a modern design, immersed in an environment reminiscent of a cave. The tub needs to be filled but the process is very quick (about 4/5 minutes). The bathroom is modern and with excellent space management. The maxi shower is really very large, I would have preferred to have 2 shower heads instead of just 1 but even when you are not under the water you don't feel cold at all. Room service is really very efficient. We ordered the aperitif, a bottle of prosecco, which arrived right on time and it was all very abundant, so abundant that we only had a small dinner because we were very full. The dinner menu is not very large but has both simple dishes such as a simple hamburger up to more "tasty" dishes such as tuna in a crust or slices. Check-out and payment take place directly from the car. In conclusion, the value for money is excellent (other places have these costs but without themed rooms and without such perfect and punctual service). Warmly recommended, I will return to try the other two rooms which in my opinion are the best together with the "Afrodisia" one which are "Tropical" and "Selvaggia"

It's not the first time I've been to this fantastic place, I've always had a great experience both in terms of comfort and the cleanliness and beauty of the top rooms… Except that this time I WAS TREATED BADLY at the time of payment. I had booked by phone (for I don't know why they didn't reply to my WhatsApp messages). I book the last available room, specifying that I am under 30 and asking for the cost of the stay (€115). The following morning, when it was time to pay, I was asked for €135. I remember that I was under 30 and I was told that this information had to be given during the booking process because they didn't accept cancellations in the morning. I explained that I had said this on the phone. I was told that they didn't accept cancellations. book by phone but on whatsapp (whatsapp didn't work for them the night before). In total I am given a few euros discount, making me pay €127. I feel a little cheated by this treatment just because we were young kids, also because I had specified it on the phone, I had always felt good but this time they disappointed me, €20 discount won't be much but for young kids it's money...

OLD FASHION I strongly advise against the Fashion room, the tub is unusable as the edge of the tub made of wood is rotten, and affects the taps. Inside I found a spider, and when I turned on the bubble recirculation, dust of dead skin, hair and various insects came out. At checkout I received a (presumptuous) refusal of discount. I would be curious to see the other rooms, because they seem more beautiful... unfortunately it will remain a curiosity since I don't intend to return. The second star is only because the food wasn't bad and room service works reasonably well.
